  • You don't need to be in shape to get started, that's exactly what we're here for. Everyone in this room started somewhere.
  • Every class is heart-rate guided, so the intensity adapts to YOUR fitness level, not the person beside you. You'll be pushed at the right level, not theirs.

My schedule is unpredictable. I can't commit to set days.

  • We run classes 7 days a week, early mornings, lunches, and evenings, so there's almost always a slot that fits, even on a chaos week.
  • Your trial has zero schedule requirements. Come once, come every day. We track your progress either way.

I don't want to be pressured into joining before I'm ready.

  • Day 1 is purely about you getting comfortable and learning the ropes, there's no pitch, no close, no awkward conversation after class.
